JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Indonesian government is assessing the feasibility of selling stakes in a unit of PT Pertamina and a unit of power company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara through an initial public offering later this year, State-Enterprise Minister told reporters late Tuesday.
“The two are PT Pertamina Drilling Services and PT PLN Enjinering,“ State-Enterprise Minister Dahlan Iskan said. Iskan didn't give any other details.
Pertamina Chief Executive Karen Agustiawan, speaking at the same event, said the company is still assessing which of its units is ready for an IPO, but that Pertamina Drilling is ready for such an offering.
